Businessese is owned and operated by Business-ese LLC. The following product license (“Product License”) is hereby incorporated into the Website’s Terms by reference, located at https://busienssese.com/terms.
Throughout these terms, we may refer to the Businessese website (“Website”) or paid/free products (“Products”). Collectively, we will refer to the Website, Products, and all of our content, including that found on our social media channels and in our podcasts, which are hosted on third-party websites, as the “Company Content.”
Your use of the Company Content constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to, the following Product License. In the event that the Product License is silent on any particular matter, please review the Terms for more information.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, amend, or update this Product License . This Product License is subject to change without notice. If you do not agree with or do not accept any part of this Product License, you must not use the Company Content.
All Businessese Products are subject to the following license regarding their use.

The copyright to all Products sold on the Businessese website belongs to Business-ese LLC. A copyright notice is not printed on the Word doc templates for your ease of customization; this does not mean, however, that no copyright is claimed.
By purchasing a business Producg, you have received a standardized template in a document format. You, the purchaser, may reuse this form as many times as you may need in accordance with this Product License.
Businessese grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the document you purchased for your personal use only. You are permitted to edit and alter the document for your business.
If the Product you purchased is a contract template, you may share it with the individuals or companies with whom you will be entering the agreement. If you have purchased website policies, you are permitted to publish and display the content accordingly.
This means:
You shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, other otherwise make available this document or its contents to any third party for purposes of copying the material included therein.
You shall not input any information from the Products into any generative artificial intelligence tool, where such input will be used to “teach” the system and may be made available to other users of the tool.
This section does not prohibit you from distributing the customized template in the ways permitted above.
Any right not expressly granted is considered strictly prohibited.
All Products have been developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission from Company.
This means that you, as the purchaser, are permitted to use the content you purchased; however, you may not share the Products with any third party. Additionally, you may not reproduce or resell the information to any third parties.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Businessese.
Businessese will be entitled to seek injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the irreparable harm of such violations.
The following examples are meant to be illustrative of how the Products may be used. Every possible example is not listed. If you aren’t sure if you can use a Product a certain way, please contact us for more information.
Permitted Use: You are hiring a new contractor to work in your business. You customize the document and send it to the contract.
Permitted Use: You have previously used the contract in hiring a contractor and now you are hiring additional team members. You may use the document for multiple team members in different roles.
Permitted Use: You are a contractor and need an agreement to use with your clients. You are permitted to use this agreement for all of your client engagements.
Permitted Use: You are hiring a company and they need to have their lawyer review it. Their attorney may review it.
Permitted Use: You want to have your lawyer review the agreement before you send it. You are always able to obtain legal advice regarding any of our Products, just as long as their use is in compliance with this Product License.
Prohibited Use: A friend (who owns a separate business) is hiring a contractor and asks if you have a contractor agreement that they can use. Sharing the agreement is prohibited, but we invite you to become a Businessese Affiliate and earn a commission on the referred purchase.
Prohibited Use: A lawyer you are friends with is starting a template shop and wants to see what competitors are doing with their forms to make sure they haven’t missed anything. You are not permitted to share any Products with this individual.
Prohibited Use: You are a business coach who runs a mastermind and you want to provide a template client agreement for your participants. You are not permitted to purchase and distribute the Businessese client agreement to your participants. You may inquire with us regarding licensing, for which we charge on a per-use basis.
Permitted Use: You need a privacy policy for your website. You may customize and publish the Product for display on your site.
Permitted Use: Your business owns multiple websites and you need terms and a disclaimer for each one. You may purchase these Products and reuse them on each of your sites.
Permitted Use: You sell printables and need a copyright notice and license, so you purchase the ebook and lead magnet disclaimer Product. You may use this on multiple products.
Prohibited Use: Your friend needs a privacy policy. You may not share the document or tell them to copy and paste your privacy policy.
